19 декабря 2025 года, в день памяти святителя Николая, архиепископа Мир Ликийских, Чудотворца, Патриарший Экзарх Юго-Восточной Азии, митрополит Сингапурский и Юго-Восточно-Азиатский Сергий, временно управляющий Таиландской епархией, совершил Божественную Литургию в Свято-Николаевском кафедральном соборе г. Бангкока.

За богослужением в престольный праздник храма Его Высокопреосвященству сослужили: архимандрит Олег (Черепанин), настоятель Свято-Николаевского кафедрального собора, секретарь Таиландской епархии; иеромонах Ювеналий (Марущак), секретарь Патриаршего Экзархата Юго-Восточной Азии; иеромонах Паисий (Ипате), благочинный Свято-Николаевского кафедрального собора Бангкока.

По окончании Литургии духовенство, хор и прихожане совершили крестный ход вокруг собора, неся частицу мощей и местночтимый образ святителя Николая. После крестного хода было совершено славление святителю и чудотворцу Николаю.

В завершение торжества митрополит Сергий поздравил всех собравшихся с престольным праздником. Владыка поблагодарил духовенство и мирян за совместную молитву и преподал всем архипастырское благословение.

On December 19, 2025, the feast day of St. Nicholas, Archbishop of Myra in Lycia, the Wonderworker, His Eminence Metropolitan Sergiy of Singapore and Southeast Asia, Patriarchal Exarch for Southeast Asia and temporary administrator of the Diocese of Thailand, celebrated the Divine Liturgy at St. Nicholas Cathedral in Bangkok.

Concelebrating with His Eminence on the cathedral’s patronal feast day were Archimandrite Oleg (Cherepanin), Rector of St. Nicholas Cathedral and Secretary of the Diocese of Thailand; priestmonk Juvenaly (Marushchak), Secretary of the Patriarchal Exarchate for Southeast Asia; priestmonk Paisiy (Ipate), Dean of St. Nicholas Cathedral in Bangkok.

Following the Divine Liturgy, the clergy, choir, and faithful took part in a procession around the cathedral, during which a fragment of the holy relics and a locally venerated icon of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker were carried.

At the conclusion of the celebration, Metropolitan Sergiy congratulated all those gathered on the patronal feast day. He expressed his gratitude to the clergy and laity for their shared prayer and bestowed his archpastoral blessing upon all present.
